A state of the art body drying experience will be introduced by the Wahooo! Waterpark for the first time ever in Bahrain.

Hi-tech body dryers are being introduced to the changing rooms to give visitors an amazing overall experience that beats a rough towel dry anytime. The dryers work by creating a wave of warm air that makes the water evaporate while infrared lamps gently warm the skin and take away any chill factor.

Wahooo! waterpark’s General Manager, Damien Latham said the new dryers were another example of the waterpark’s innovation. “These are the first dryers of their kind in the whole of Bahrain and once again it shows that we want to give our visitors the very best experience possible. Children love these dryers and it keeps the fun going even when they are out of the water.

““It’s also a refreshing way to get dry,” he added. “You feel really invigorated when you come out of the changing rooms.”

The dryers are also more environmentally friendly as they help to reduce the energy needed for washing towels and eliminate harmful detergents.

There will be a small fee of just BD 1 to use the dryers, which can be paid through guests’ Radio-frequency identification enabled (RFID) wristbands. The bands allow visitors to use all the Wahooo! facilities without constantly needing to reach out for wallets and purses.

“Our guests will credit their wristbands with an amount they choose and then simply enjoy the fun. The last thing anybody needs is to have to stop and pay at every ride. This way, its one long, happy, relaxed experience,” added Latham.
